If you've followed my food antics over the years, you know that my favorite way to eat is tapas style, or what I've recently deemed "bento box style". It's a great way to still eat some of the higher fat things I love (like sharp cheddar, crackers, nuts and olives) while mixing it with healthy things like vegetables and fruits.
